Our client is a Top Tier UK bank currently scaling their Salesforce engineering team following a successful first feature team build-out. This is a genuine opportunity to join at a pivotal moment and influence how Salesforce is shaped across one of the UK's most recognised financial institutions.
The role
- Build solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Aura & OmniStudio
- Design secure integrations across APIs, middleware and event-driven patterns
- Own delivery end-to-end with CI/CD, test automation and monitoring
- Drive DevOps best practice: Salesforce DX, 2GP, Copado/Gearset
- Collaborate with architects, product owners and cross-functional teams
What we're looking for
- Expert-level Apex, LWC, Flows and OmniStudio
- Strong integration experience — APIs, ETL, async/event-driven
- Salesforce DevOps: DX, CI/CD pipelines, 2GP packaging
- SOQL/SOSL optimisation and enterprise data modelling
- Agile delivery background and strong stakeholder communication
Preferred: Platform Developer, Application Architect or System Architect certification
