About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Operations to join our clients dynamic team. You will play a critical role in delivering the bankβs five-year strategic vision, improving operational processes, and driving efficiency at scale. Working closely with stakeholders across the bank, you will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and implementing changes that enhance performance, reduce costs, and boost customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and system requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement, recommending practical solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions to understand and prioritize business needs.
- Develop clear and concise business requirements, ensuring they align with strategic principles.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
- Design and execute test scenarios to validate solutions, ensuring they meet requirements.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including management, IT, and end-users.
- Drive the adoption of digital and AI-powered solutions to enhance operational performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an operational environment, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
