We’re hiring SREs to join a Tier 1 Bank’s high-impact feature team focused on transforming engineering capability from the ground up. This role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing scalable software solutions that underpin business, platform, and technology capabilities for both customers and internal users. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, leveraging modern engineering practices to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems
- Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Reduce tech debt and modernise legacy architectures
- Enhance monitoring, observability, and incident response
- Enable weekly release cadence through better engineering practices
- Support integration of API and AI capabilities into existing systems
