Qurated is seeking an experienced Change & Training Lead to drive training and adoption across a technology transformation within a large field service organisation.
This hands-on role will deliver training for new systems, scheduling, mobile and AI-enabled tools, working with office, finance, field operatives and subcontractors to ensure successful go-live.
You will build training frameworks, create guides and content, and lead a network of Super Users to maximise adoption.
