You will

• Immerse yourself in hands‑on work from day one.
• Contribute early to live client projects and work directly with senior team members.
• Develop sharp communication, assessment, and commercial insight.
• Gain broad exposure across the three core areas of our business to accelerate and maximise learning.

The role

• Engage with specialist candidates and assess their capability and fit for project teams.
• Support live client projects across financial services, legal, and insurance.
• Build and grow talent communities that can be utilised and deployed for future project needs.
• Research and analyse markets to identify trends and opportunities and inform resourcing decisions.
• Learn directly from experienced consultants to understand what high‑quality work looks like.
