The Commis Chef Role:
- One year experience of a high quality Restaurant kitchen in a similar role
- Run sections and have good knife skills
- Passionate about Modern British Cuisine and seasonality
- Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must
- Excellent knowledge of ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
- Positive and kind attitude in the kitchen
- Good command of English language
- Strong team ethic, always showing respect for your colleagues
