About The Role
You’ll work closely with the Volunteer Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Co-ordinators to support all aspects of volunteer recruitment and retention. This is a varied role where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are key.
What You’ll Do
- Attend relevant study and departmental meetings
- Prepare screening checklists based on clinical protocols and consent forms
- Set up and maintain volunteer details in our database
- Communicate directly with volunteers via phone and face-to-face
- Run database searches to identify suitable volunteers for trials
- Archive study documentation and perform quality control checks
- Provide general administrative support to the team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in administration and office environments
- Strong database management skills with high accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
