The role


We’re looking for a Clinical Data Coordinator to join the Project Management team in Nottingham on a 12 month fixed-term contract.


In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring high-quality clinical data collection and management across assigned studies, supporting both operational delivery and compliance.


You will work closely with Clinic, Project Management, and Data Management teams, helping to ensure study data is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.


What You’ll Do



  • Responsible for eSource visit / slot set-up

  • Supports QC of all source documents, paper and electronic

  • Identifies discrepancies in source documents and works with staff for corrections or explanations

  • Performs timely lab result tracking/filing

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely filing of all study-related documents

  • Ensures that volunteer source files are ready for monitoring visits

  • Support query resolution to ensure all queries addressed in accordance with agreed timelines

  • Enter subject data from source workbooks onto client clinical database in accordance with the eCRF completion guidelines/Data Management Plan and study timelines (where applicable)

  • QC of data transcribed into client clinical database

  • Responsible for the management of eSource slot status for transcription studies

  • Maintaining record of entry/QC in tracker spreadsheet

  • Collecting volunteer source files / medical notes from clinic and liaising with clinic staff as required

  • Provide administrative assistance where required


What We’re Looking For



  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality

  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Proven data entry and/or QC experience

  • Good IT skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to take on increasing responsibility and work independently

  • A proactive, flexible approach in a fast-paced environment
