Overview
In this role you lead the Drug Product Operations at Arcinova, guiding formulation development and manufacturing teams to deliver customer projects.
You align with global leaders to execute the Drug Product operational strategy and shape capacity planning for growth.
You ensure compliance with GMP/GLP and strive for strong operational performance, customer satisfaction and commercial success.
This is a pivotal leadership role focused on delivering high-quality services to clients while guiding the site’s financial and strategic objectives.
You will drive a collaborative culture, talent development and continuous improvement to sustain competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Drug Product Operations team with coaching and mentoring
- Implement talent development and succession plans to meet business needs
- Embed Quotient's values and culture across the DP team
- Collaborate with global/local leaders to deliver operational strategy and annual financial targets (Revenue, EBITDA, CAPEX)
- Lead strategic operational projects within DP Operations
- Provide scientific and administrative support to formulation development and Drug Product manufacture teams
- Act as Study Director or Principal Investigator for GLP studies
- Build and maintain strong, integrated relationships with customers to ensure delivery quality and competitiveness
- Drive continuous improvements and visualize monthly metrics for performance insights
- Ensure vendor, safety, quality and regulatory guidelines are met across activities
- Support client audits and regulatory inspections
- Triage opportunities with Business Development and commercial teams

- Extensive knowledge and experience of pharmaceutical GMP formulation development and Drug Product manufacturing
- Experience in Steriles manufacture processes and procedures
