As Chief People Officer, you'll bring structure, maturity, and strategic direction to how the organisation operates, shaping the culture and capability to match where the business is heading.
You will take accountability for org redesign and the systems and culture that will carry the business through its next phase of growth. *This is a contract opportunity. 6 months minimum. 3-4 days per week.* The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a CPO, CHRO, or senior people leader at a high-growth Saa S or tech business.
