Their cutting-edge IoT and SaaS solutions enable retailers to optimise in-store operations, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through connected, data-driven technology. As part of their ambitious growth strategy, they are looking for a Solution Manager in the UK. This role has a strong focus on shelf-edge fixing systems, the physical rail structures used to support electronic shelf labels in-store. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of these systems, particularly from an installation and practical application perspective. A background in retail merchandising infrastructure, high end in-store digital fit outs, or similar environments would be highly beneficial.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver in-store retail solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Own product development activity from concept through to rollout, including pricing and system updates
- Use customer feedback and market insight to refine and improve product offerings
- Act as a key point of contact for sales teams and customers on solution design and delivery
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations and ongoing performance management
- Oversee demand planning and stock availability to support commercial requirements
- Work closely with internal teams including sales, finance, procurement, and operations to ensure alignment
- Monitor performance, manage risks, and resolve operational issues effectively
- Support internal and external stakeholders through training and product guidance
