As part of their growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Solutions Architect / Integration Lead to join their rapidly growing digital team. This role is focused on designing scalable, secure, and interoperable architectures that seamlessly integrate internal development with third-party systems. The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative individual with a strong understanding of the NHS and experience in deploying and integrating digital solutions within this complex environment. The ideal candidate will help the Digital Solutions team navigate challenges while effectively guiding their customers through the implementation of new digital technologies through building strong, collaborative partnerships with healthcare organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Lead the design and development of innovative digital solutions, focusing on workflow optimisation and integration with existing systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams, NHS clinicians, and external partners to drive the product vision, gather user feedback, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
  • Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology partners, ensuring alignment with my client's overall strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of digital technologies, including AI, data analytics, and cloud computing, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Project Delivery: Contribute to the successful delivery of digital projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital health, identifying new opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Product and Clinical Integration: Ensure clinical validity, integrate user needs, and bridge the gap between technology and patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of the NHS and its digital landscape.
  • Experience in deploying and integrating digital solutions within the NHS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with customers, stakeholders, and partners to identify customer and business needs and design solutions to address them.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
