What You’ll Be Doing as a Graduate Data Analyst

You’ll play a key role in turning data into meaningful insights that drive decisions, for both Quorum and our clients. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports (internal & client-facing)
  • Performing exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and anomalies, providing trend analysis, identifying problems and working with the wider team to implement solutions.
  • Translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve data processes improving our business efficiency.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to solve real business problems.

You’ll Ideally Have

  • A degree in a quantitative field (Maths, Statistics, Science) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, R or other languages for extracting, analysing and manipulating data.
  • An understanding of data pipelines / ETL processes (nice to have).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills; you can explain data clearly.
