- Drive internal alignment across Sales, Services, and Support around initiatives that improve the customer experience from our SaaS solution.
- Define and evolve a SaaS adoption model that accommodates customers at different stages of their transition from self-hosted to SaaS.
- Serve as the product focal point for the service partner enablement program.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Owners to translate platform requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop and maintain go-to-market materials for the EC SaaS offering.
