We’re looking for a talented and organised Finance Administrator / Operations Executive to join our friendly Operations Team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Key Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator:
No two days are the same at Quorum! You’ll play a key role in supporting our finance and operations functions, ensuring everything runs efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and issuing invoices and purchase orders
- Processing staff timesheets and expenses
- Maintaining and updating internal systems
- Preparing reports and assisting with month-end processes
- Managing supplier payments and purchasing activity
- Handling customer, supplier, and internal queries via phone and email
- Providing wider administrative support — from reception cover to travel bookings and pre-employment checks
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar finance admin, bookkeeping, or operations role
- Strong knowledge of sales invoicing and credit control
- Confidence performing bank reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills and a knack for data accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Xero (bonus, not essential)
