Role Purpose: Joining the Sales Operations team, responsible for sales reporting, forecasting, administration of Salesforce, and operational analysis, helping the business scale efficiently while maintaining accuracy and visibility across the pipeline.
What I Do Is:
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, data quality, structure and governance
- Improve Salesforce workflows, reporting and automation to improve efficiency
- Produce accurate, timely sales dashboards and reports
- Analyse sales trends, identify risks and opportunities, and present insights to senior stakeholders
- Support quarterly and annual planning with data-driven analysis
- Maintain and report on sales forecasting models
- Work with Revenue leadership to ensure forecast accuracy and consistency
- Work with Revenue leadership to formulate quotas, comp plans and commissions
- Support Deal Desk with data and insight into deal structuring and commercials
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations as part of the Sales Operations team
The Skills I Need Are:
- Experience with Salesforce administration in a service based business
- Advanced Excel skills and BI tools
- Experience in sales operations or data analysis
- Experience of working in a Cyber Security environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
