Join to apply for the Finance Manager role at Quorso. We’re looking for a Finance Manager to play a key strategic and operational role in overseeing all financial aspects of Quorso. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day accounting and reporting while driving performance through analysis, insight, and business partnering. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll help ensure financial integrity, support leadership in decision-making, and build the models that guide strategic decisions and future growth plans.
The Role
- Manage core finance operations and shape processes and insights that underpin scale‑up success.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insight into performance, variances, and trends.
- Develop and maintain financial models that support business planning and investment decisions.
- Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and month‑end close.
- Produce accurate management accounts, cash flow statements, and statutory reports.
- Partner with leaders across the business to align financial plans with strategic priorities.
- Manage working capital and optimise cash flow, maintaining strong internal controls.
- Collaborate with external accountants and auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and financial processes.
About you
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- 5‑8 years’ experience across finance, accounting, or FP&A roles.
- Strong understanding of both financial operations and strategic planning.
- Hands‑on and detail‑oriented, with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Commercial thinker who enjoys partnering with business leaders.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or high‑growth environments is an advantage.
