The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
What you will be responsible for:
- Play a significant role in delivering exceptional HR and payroll support across our organisation.
- Provide essential administrative support across payroll, benefits, and HR processes to ensure accurate and compliant people operations.
- Maintain employee data, process starters, leavers and contractual changes, assist with monthly payroll preparation, and help administer company benefits.
- Prepare employment documentation, support onboarding/offboarding, and maintain absence and personnel records.
- Deliver clear and consistent advice as a key point of contact for HR and payroll queries, escalating more complex issues when needed.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements within our people systems, processes, and knowledge resources, helping to enhance efficiency and support self-service across the business.
The position will be based from our Leeds office circa 2-3 days per week along with the opportunity to work flexibly/remotely when required.
What experience you will need to have:
- Initial background of working with HR systems and handling sensitive/personal data.
- Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail and level of accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with knowledge of reporting and reconciliations.
- Understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes along with the ability to manage multiple workloads with strict deadlines.
- If possible, hold basic knowledge of UK payroll and HR processes (such as statutory pay, contracts, benefits) along with a background of supporting payroll processes in a medium-large sized organisation.
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet.
