Join us as Head of Net Revenue Management and take ownership of pricing, promotions, trade investment and mix optimisation, enabling sustainable value creation and margin delivery across our commercial teams.

What you'll be responsible for

In this role, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end NRM strategy, developing the tools, processes and capability that underpin profitable growth. Acting as the senior expert for pricing, promotions, customer investment and revenue optimisation, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain and Category to translate insight into action and influence decisions at the highest level. The role also involves shaping future organisational capability. Defining the NRM operating model and embedding best‑in‑class routines across the UK & EU retail teams, you'll act as the owner of the NRM roadmap and enhance visibility of investment choices, improve retailer P&L accuracy, and drive harmonisation of processes and tools across markets. This position will be based from our Leeds office circa 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely when required.

What experience you'll need to have

  • Extensive background in Commercial Finance/Net Revenue Management/Revenue Growth Management within the FMCG sector
  • Expertise in pricing, promotions, trade and customer investment analytics
  • Demonstrable ability to analyse large and complex dataset and translate them into clear, compelling and actionable recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with an ability to engage and influence up to Executive level
  • Proven background of leading the design, implementation and adoption of NRM process enhancements and techniques, supported by effective training and change management
  • A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!

  • 2nd Stage - in-person interview at our offices in Leeds with key stakeholders from our UK Leadership Team
