Responsibilities
- Part of the Application & Data team, design, configure and implement SAP solutions that enhance business processes and deliver measurable value.
- Hands-on functional role supporting SAP S/4HANA enhancements, providing 2nd line support across core business processes, and translating requirements into effective SAP functionality.
- Drive SAP Fiori adoption, promote standardisation, and support clean core principles across the business.
- Design, configure and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions that enhance business processes, provide 2nd line support, troubleshoot issues, and translate business requirements into system functionality.
- Support testing and releases, manage transports, and champion standardisation and clean core principles to improve performance, usability, and scalability.
- Join a collaborative and evolving team, with the opportunity to influence how SAP is used across the organisation and contribute to transformation initiatives.
Experience needed
- Background in SAP configuration, along with implementing functional changes and enhancements.
- Ability to configure SAP business processes and deliver solutions rather than just gathering requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business needs into SAP functionality.
- Ability to work across multiple processes or modules within a business environment.
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet.
The recruitment process
