What you’ll be responsible for:

Our role is to operate in a close‑knit team, moving and sorting materials from the factory to their appropriate storage location in Methwold, Norfolk. You will maintain excellent GMP standards in the warehouse area, working with equipment such as compactors, balers and pallet containers while adhering to stringent Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards/procedures. This is a days based role, working on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern.

What experience you’ll need to have:

  • Background within a production/warehouse environment with food manufacturing experience being preferred
  • Hold a counter balance forklift & reach truck license
  • Ideally hold PPT A1/A2/A5 licenses
  • Presentable knowledge of SAP and stock movement processes
  • Awareness of how to follow health & safety practices
  • Be a team player with the drive to succeed with effective communication skills & an ability to develop winning relationships
  • Positive, can‑do attitude with willingness to work in fast‑paced environment
  • A curiosity and aptitude for problem solving as part of continuous improvement
