Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join our Engineering function within our Billingham site.
What You\’ll Be Responsible For
Forming a key part of the Billingham engineering team, you will be responsible for managing engineering related projects across site, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Leading cross functional project teams, consisting of a variety of stakeholders across a number of site critical functions, you will develop robust project plans which identify, track KPI\’s and mitigate risks. You will also manage all third-party contractors, whilst also acting as the site shutdown co-ordinator during site outages.
What Experience You\’ll Need To Have
- Demonstrable background with engineering and managing engineering related projects, preferably within a mechanical or chemical background
- A recognised professional project management qualification, along with HACCP (Level 3) and IOSH accreditation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships, resolve conflict and create a collaborative environment to manage effective project delivery
- Present specialist skills across process and mechanical diagnostics as well as ability to work with complex enginerring environments such as fermentation, water treatment etc.
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
The Recruitment Process

1st Stage – 45 mins/1 hour introductory interview on-site with our Site Engineering Manager
2nd Stage – further interview with key site stakeholders along with site tour
