Join us as our new Senior Business Development Manager and play a key role in delivering our Global QuornPro strategy through long-term customer partnerships, strategic growth initiatives and exceptional commercial execution.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead strategic relationships with global QSR and High Street customers, owning customer strategies end-to-end and unlocking major multi-market growth opportunities.
- Proactively manage and expand existing accounts while securing new business wins that deliver against budgeted sales, spend and profit targets across the QuornPro portfolio.
- Hold P&L accountability for key global customers, leading complex negotiations, long-term agreements and customer planning cycles.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners including Culinary, Marketing, Innovation, Route to Market, Finance and Supply Chain to integrate NPD into customer plans, shape compelling menu solutions, and ensure best-in-class commercial execution across markets.
- Act as a role model within the team, supporting and upskilling Business Development Managers and championing a high-performing, collaborative culture across the QuornPro business unit.
This position will be based remotely with travel across the UK and occasional EU travel as required.
What experience you’ll need to have:
- Passion for all things within the foodservice channel, along with a demonstrable background of managing strategic commercial relationships with QSR & Casual Dining groups.
- Proven ability to establish strategic influence early and build credibility with senior level stakeholders whilst rapidly translating business unit strategy and commercial priorities into effective customer execution.
- Excellent commercial acumen, numeracy and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel UK wide and across EU when required.
- Full UK Driving License.
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet.
