The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We\’re looking for those who share that same passion to make great tasting and healthy food and who thrive on continuously improving the way we operate to come and join our manufacturing teams at Stokesley.
Your main role will be to operate, and engage in, the production and packing of our products into their respective formats. Working as part of a team you will follow a production plan, ensuring our lines produce the highest quality product for our customers as efficiently as possible whilst adhering to stringent Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards & procedures.
We operate a 4 on/4 off shift pattern made up 2 days & 2 nights.
What Experience You\’ll Need To Have
- Background within a production/manufacturing environment with food manufacturing experience being preferred
- Relevant food safety qualifications
- Working knowledge of health & safety practices such as manual handling etc.
- Be a team player with the drive to succeed with effective communication skills & an ability to develop winning relationships
- A curiosity and aptitude for problem solving as part of continuous improvement
- A self-starter committed to further self-development
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
