What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the development and delivery of the Route to Market strategy for key wholesale partners, ensuring strong commercial performance, distribution growth and aligned customer activation.
- Owning Joint Business Plans, negotiating commercial terms and driving execution of promotional activity, innovation launches and growth initiatives that deliver against sales, spend and profit targets.
- Acting as a key influencer across customer organisations, engaging buying, category, marketing and depot teams to build advocacy for the Quorn portfolio and drive sell‑through.
- Working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Culinary, Category, Supply Chain and Field Sales to ensure seamless execution of plans while continuously identifying new growth opportunities across wholesale, cost sector and eating‑out channels.
- This is a critical role in delivering commercial success across Bidfood and the Caterforce Buying Group, unlocking new opportunities and strengthening our presence across the UK foodservice sector.
- This role will be remotely based with travel to Quorn sites, team meetings and customers as and when required.
What experience you'll need to have:
- Demonstrable background of National Account Management within foodservice and specifically within the National Route to Market sector.
- Working knowledge of managing Bidfood & Caterfood UK.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and influencing skills along with a high attention to detail and the ability to identify both risks and opportunities.
- Ability to manage budgets and own account P+L, as well as analyse complex data to turn into compelling sales propositions.
- Full UK Drivers License with flexibility to travel.
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet.
