Play a vital role in keeping our production running smoothly and efficiently. Join us as a Materials Planner & Coordinator on an initial FTC to cover maternity leave, and help ensure our raw materials are delivered on time and in full, supporting production demand and minimising waste across our supply network.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • As a key member of the Production Planning team, you’ll monitor, order, and coordinate deliveries of raw materials to meet production schedules.
  • You’ll manage internal and external supplier relationships, ensuring stock levels align with agreed policies while reducing obsolete stock.
  • Working closely with planning, purchasing, and warehouse teams, you’ll maintain accurate SAP data, elevate risks, and resolve material variances.
  • You’ll also participate in daily planning meetings, support NPD projects, and apply IWS tools to drive loss elimination and continuous improvement.
  • Your role will be central to maintaining operational excellence and ensuring agility in a dynamic environment.

What experience you'll need to have:

  • Background in a stock control environment, along with an understanding of production processes, inventory management and supply chain principles.
  • Demonstrable analysis/system skills with confidence to report from SAP, along with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders whilst adapting to fast-moving and changing business priorities.
  • A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet.
