Join us as a Senior Social Media Executive and play a key role in driving the UK social presence for Quorn and Cauldron, delivering engaging content, leading influencer activity and elevating our digital brand storytelling.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Supporting the in‑house delivery of our UK social media strategy, you'll be involved in creating standout content and managing our full social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok.
- You’ll write copy, create visuals, and work with both in‑house teams and external agencies to produce high quality content that strengthens engagement and positive brand association.
- You’ll monitor performance across all channels, manage social listening tools, identify trends and reactive moments, and ensure opportunities are quickly maximised.
- You’ll also lead influencer activity by managing micro‑influencer platforms, briefing creators, ensuring seamless product delivery, and overseeing reporting.
- Alongside this, you’ll support monthly social boosting budgets, brief moderation teams, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Culinary and other internal partners to deliver effective brand activations.
This position will be based from our Leeds office circa 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely when required.
What Experience You'll Need To Have
- A passion for social media with an ability to think in ideas, not just posts.
- Initial background in a digital marketing/social focused role with proficiency in creating digital assets using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Spark & Ripl.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- A creative mindset, with a bold approach to innovating, trying new things and getting things done.
- Knowledge of social media content management and listening tools.
- Excellent team player with an ability to build relationships internally and with wider external customers and agency partners.
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
The Recruitment Process
