This is your opportunity to join Marlow Foods as a Functional Change Analyst, where you’ll support the delivery of SAP changes and continuous improvements across the business. Reporting to our Application & Data Manager, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure changes are well governed, effectively implemented and aligned to business needs.

You’ll manage the lifecycle of SAP changes from initial request through to deployment, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate these into effective solutions. Alongside delivering configuration changes and providing functional support across business processes, you’ll play a key role in testing, release planning and ensuring solutions are ready for production. The position will be based from our Leeds office circa 2–3 days per week, alongside the opportunity to work flexibly and remotely when required.

What experience you'll need to have:

  • Background in SAP application or support, in either a functional or analytical capacity
  • Excellent understanding of change governance, including impact assessment, testing, approvals and communication
  • Ability to work across multiple processes or modules within a business environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
  • Documentation capability with a proactive and accountable mindset
