Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a close-knit team, your role will be to operate and engage in the production and packing of our products into their respective formats.
  • You will follow a production plan, ensuring our lines produce the highest quality product for our customers as efficiently as possible, whilst adhering to stringent Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards/procedures.
  • We operate a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (days) – Days: 06:00 - 18:00.

Experience Required

  • Background within a factory/manufacturing environment with food manufacturing experience being preferred.
  • Awareness of how to follow health & safety practices.
  • Be a team player with the drive to succeed with effective communication skills & an ability to develop winning relationships.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A curiosity and aptitude for problem solving as part of continuous improvement.
  • A self-starter committed to further self-development.
  • A passion for healthy, sustainable products.
