Quorn are currently recruiting for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team based at our Methwold manufacturing facility.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Our Maintenance Engineers are responsible for maintaining the performance and continual improvement of all of our manufacturing assets on-site.
  • You will ensure the Quorn plant and our equipment complies with statutory and insurance requirements, effectively completing various preventative and corrective maintenance tasks as and when needed.
  • Providing an innovative and proactive support service to the site, you will drive innovation for various continuous improvement and transformation activities.
  • This role operates on a nights only shift pattern.

What Experience You'll Need To Have

  • Time served engineering qualifications, preferably with a multi-skilled bias.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of areas such as maintenance management systems, quality, health & safety and machine operation.
  • Working knowledge & awareness of implementing MBP (maintenance best practice).
  • Presentable background in industry, with background in food manufacturing being an advantage.
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities with root cause exploration methods.
  • A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
