Due to our growth and commercial opportunity within our Foodservice function, we are now looking to recruit for an Account Development Executive to focus specifically on developing our regional business across Central England. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver substantial growth, where you will be tasked with establishing and developing relationships with key stakeholders within the Education sector, with a particular focus on Primary, Secondary & Further Education.
Working closely with the wider National Account Management and Culinary teams, you will work together to unlock key business focused sectors across the sector. Delivering against budgeted sales, spend/profit measures, you will identify incremental business opportunities whilst developing and negotiating investment programmes which deliver unit compliance and ROS improvements.
This role will be homebased with travel to Quorn sites, team meetings and customers as and when required. The candidate ideally will be based within easy access of the Birmingham to Luton corridor to be accessible to customers within Central England.
What Experience You'll Need To Have
- Current commercial background within the FMCG sector, either with a supplier or a manufacturer
- Demonstrable hunger and ability to constantly unlock new business opportunities and develop customer growth
- Ideally hold some knowledge of the UK foodservice sector, with an understanding of Education and/or Healthcare
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
- Full UK Drivers License
