Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Showroom Team Leader to join our showroom team and support the Showroom Manager in delivering outstanding sales performance and customer service.

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 plus a performance bonus with a max OTE of £45,950
Working hours: Full-time, including weekends on a rota basis
Location: Winchester, 13 Jewry St, SO23 8RZ

The Role:
As a Showroom Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Showroom Manager and leading the showroom sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and strong commercial results.
