With 9 showrooms across the UK and our Head Office based in Loughborough, we are passionate about delivering the highest quality products alongside exceptional customer service. We work with homeowners, designers, and trade professionals to bring beautiful spaces to life, and pride ourselves on our knowledgeable team, supportive culture, and commitment to excellence.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Showroom Manager to join our Tunbridge Wells team. As we expand from strength to strength, we would love to hear from you!

Salary: Base Salary of £33,000.00 - £36,000.00 plus performance bonus potential of up to £20,925 (OTE £56,925)

Working hours: 37 hours per week, with 2 days off.

Location: Tunbridge Wells

The role: As the Showroom Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the showroom, ensuring it is presented to the highest standard at all times. You will lead a small sales team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance.
