Who We Are: Established in 1995, Quorn Stone is a leading retailer of luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring, with showrooms across the UK and Head Office based in Loughborough. We are passionate about delivering exceptional products and customer service, working with homeowners, designers, and trade professionals to create beautiful spaces. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our showroom team.
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 plus a performance bonus of £6,200 (max OTE £34,200) - Pro Rata
Working hours: Part-Time - 12.5 hours a week (with potential additional hours up to 3 days per week)

The Role: As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional showroom experience for our customers. Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will guide customers through their purchasing journey, providing expert advice, outstanding customer service, and support from initial enquiry through to aftersales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about interiors, enjoys building relationships with customers, and thrives in a busy sales environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Delivering a first-class customer experience both in person, over the phone, and via email
- Guiding customers through the sales process from enquiry to purchase
- Providing advice on product suitability, sizing, pricing, and design
- Creating quotations, processing payments, and arranging deliveries
- Providing outstanding aftersales support and resolving customer queries
- Welcoming customers into the showroom and ensuring a professional and friendly experience
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Updating the CRM system with relevant customer information and daily activity
- Arranging samples to be dispatched to customers
- Making outbound calls to our customer database
- Supporting the showroom team with day-to-day operations
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming showroom environment
- Confirming showroom appointments with customers prior to arrival
- Providing refreshments to customers during appointments
To Be an Excellent Showroom Sales Advisor, You Will Need:
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- A proactive, hands-on approach within a fast-paced environment
- Confidence building rapport with customers
- Strong attention to detail and grammatical accuracy
- Experience working within a sales environment
- Experience using a CRM system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desirable:
- Experience within the luxury goods market
- A passion for interiors and design
- Previous showroom experience
