Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales in our showroom.
  • Build relationships with clients, welcoming them and providing a friendly welcome.
  • Answer incoming sales calls and make outbound calls to our customer database.
  • Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries and provide outstanding after‑sales service.
  • Provide advice on suitability, sizing and pricing, showcasing a natural flair for interiors.
  • Update the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity.
  • Arrange sample dispatches and manage showroom appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy showroom and provide drinks to customers during appointments.
