About The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, dynamic, organised, and hands‑on Office Administrator to help in our London office. This is a great opportunity for someone with a bit of admin experience who’s ready to take on a broader role that includes a mix of office support, admin tasks, and light marketing coordination and assist with anything that may arise. The admin role is split with our Marketing division – you’ll be part of a supportive team and get involved in a variety of day‑to‑day activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Admin & Office Support
- Helping with general admin tasks like scheduling or servicing meetings, booking rooms, restaurants, organising team socials and internal events etc.
- Processing expenses
- Supporting travel bookings including visa, logistics
- Keeping the office stocked — ordering supplies, stationery and managing any courier bookings.
- Being the go‑to person for small office requests.
- Supporting marketing with brand and updating templates
- Ordering and managing branded merchandise (e.g. for events)
- Assisting with campaigns, logistics (e.g. printing, packaging, or posting materials)
- External events coordination assistance and possible attendance.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic office tools
Desirable But Not Essential
- Any experience with marketing or events
- Office365 Suite namely Outlook, Excel and Word.
