Position: Product Manager - Physical Metal Trading

The Physical Metal Trading Product Manager will be part of Quoreka’s Product Management team and will be part of a highly functioning, dynamic team. This person will be responsible for defining product strategy and translating market requirements into world class products working with customers, product development, internal clients and project teams in the organization.

They will be responsible for working with Product Management team, Marketing team and Pre-Sales team to understand the market needs and involve in product roadmap evaluation along with Product Management team.

Experience and Skillsets

Must Haves

  • Knowledge of commodities, especially metals, is mandatory
  • 12+ years of experience in product management in CTRM/ETRM space
  • Experience in building software in the Metals domain
  • Experience in working with teams in Software Development, Quality Assurance, Consulting and Product Support.
  • A friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills
  • Have strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems

Good to Have

  • Experience working with Quoreka’s Fintrade system would be a significant advantage
  • Familiarity in agile development framework will be preferable.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the product roadmap and strategy and coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality from customers and prospects and serve as primary product expert and evangelist.
  • Become expert in our product, understanding how it works - and why it works as it does
  • Have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product functionality.
  • Meet regularly with key customers and customer-facing teams to collect and analyze user feedback to shape new product ideas and user requirements.
  • Implement usage tracking and analyze patterns to validate new feature requirement.
  • Work with leadership team in planning the product roadmap.
  • Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners.
  • Coordinate with engineering team to plan and deliver features on time.
  • Represent company in product or domain specific conferences and events.
  • Act as owner for the success of your product and authority on product certification post beta testing.
  • Develop hands‑on, in‑depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain functional analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses.
  • Manage 3rd party relationships with technology partners and solutions providers
