Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the Sales Administration processes to improve interdepartmental efficiency.
  • Attend sales meetings and support the Sales team as required.
  • Create and implement new processes as required.
  • Complete and manage sales-related administrative tasks.
  • Process customer sales orders.
  • Create and manage professional service orders from the point of sale to invoicing.
  • Create, validate and manage service contracts for both Eseye customers and MNO partners.
  • Communicate and collaborate with MNO partners.
  • Manage the Sales Administration inbox, prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Communicate directly with customers as required.
  • Open and respond to tickets via Zendesk.
  • Generate and maintain internal and customer-specific reports on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis.
  • Provide cover for Sales & Operations Administrator as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role essential – sales administration would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer focus/customer first attitude is essential.
  • Previous experience in direct customer communication would be an advantage.
  • Comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and thinking outside the box approach.
  • Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
