We’re working with a number of specialist schools across Farnborough that are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams on both flexible and long-term placements. You don’t need to have worked as an SEN Teaching Assistant before. Schools value people who can build relationships, remain calm in challenging situations, and provide consistent support to young people who may need extra encouragement. Whether your background is in sports coaching, care, youth work, customer service, or you’ve recently graduated, your transferable skills could make you an excellent SEN Teaching Assistant. Key Responsibilities- Supporting students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
