We’re working with a number of specialist schools across Farnborough that are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams on both flexible and long-term placements. You don’t need to have worked as an SEN Teaching Assistant before. Schools value people who can build relationships, remain calm in challenging situations, and provide consistent support to young people who may need extra encouragement.
