Role Overview
If you're willing to learn and want to make a difference, we'll provide the support and training needed to help you succeed. You will develop transferable skills in behaviour support, emotional regulation, safeguarding, and trauma‑informed practice.
Responsibilities
- Supporting students with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
- Providing 1:1 and small group support throughout the school day
- Helping pupils manage emotions and engage with learning
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and communication skills
- Supporting behaviour using calm and consistent approaches
- Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams
