Quokka Education is seeking Learning Support Assistants to support pupils in SEND and mainstream schools across Basingstoke and surrounding areas. You’ll work 1:1 and in small groups to help students build confidence and manage emotions, collaborating with teachers and SEND teams.
No prior school experience is required; the priority is being calm, caring, patient and non-judgemental to establish positive relationships with young people.
