Key responsibilities

  • Design cycling footwear that reflects QUOC’s design language while responding to market insights, sales feedback, and real-world rider testing.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure designs align with both performance goals and commercial objectives.
  • Develop and maintain line plans, concepts, and detailed technical packs.
  • Create sketches, renderings, and prototypes to clearly communicate design intent.
  • Work directly with manufacturing partners to ensure designs are realised accurately and to a high standard.
  • Research materials, construction methods, and industry trends to inform future product development.
  • Refine and evolve designs based on feedback from internal teams, athletes, and customers.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, industrial design, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interest in cycling, performance footwear, and outdoor sports.
  • Proven creative flair with the ability to develop original, considered design solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
  • Ability to work at pace while carefully documenting design iterations and refinements.
  • Excellent visual communication skills and proficiency in relevant design software.
