QUOC is dedicated to crafting high-performance cycling footwear that seamlessly blends comfort, style, and functionality. A fast-growing brand, we are on the hunt for a talented dynamic and talented footwear designer to join our Design and R&D Team. This role is ideal for passionate cyclist, with a strong background and existing experience in footwear design, in addition to strong creative flare, eye for detail and visual communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create designs for cycling footwear that align with market trends, sales feedback and in-the-field customer testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, marketing, and sales to ensure designs meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain line plans and technical packs for products
  • Create sketches and prototypes of designs
  • Work with manufacturers to ensure designs are created to specifications
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on market trends, materials, and production techniques
  • Revise designs based on feedback from cross-functional teams and customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor\’s degree in fashion design, industrial design, or related field preferred
  • Passion for cycling and outdoor sports
  • Strong creative flare and ability to conceive original ideas
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Ability to turn designs around quickly and to carefully document changes.
  • Excellent visual communication skills and proficient in design software.
  • Team player with an appreciation for open communication and transparency. Respectful of the opinions of others.
