The Concierge role combines customer service, housing support, health and safety responsibilities and tenancy sustainment support. No two days are the same. /p p br /p p You’ll work closely with residents, colleagues and external agencies to help people maintain their independence while ensuring the scheme remains clean, secure and well maintained. /p p br /p p The successful Concierge will join a supportive organisation where kindness, dignity and respect are at the centre of everything they do. /p p br /p p If you’re looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference every single day, we’d love to hear from you — apply today and take the next step in your career with Quo Vadis Trust. /p p strong Closing date: 8th September 2026. /strong /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Provide a warm, professional and friendly service to residents and visitors /li li Support residents with tenancy sustainment and day-to-day housing matters /li li Carry out health and safety, property and room checks /li li Respond appropriately to incidents and emergency situations /li li Complete accurate records using QVT’s client management systems /li li Help maintain clean, safe and welcoming communal areas /li li Report maintenance issues and follow them through where needed /li li Support residents during move-ins and move-outs /li li Attend team meetings, training and relevant external meetings /li li Work flexibly across QVT schemes when required /li /ul p br /p p strong u The Organisation /u /strong /p p Quo Vadis Trust (QVT) is a specialist housing charity supporting people with mental health needs across South-East London.
