Targeting Urologists & Oncologists – Home-Based (UK) – FTC 3 mths
We are looking for a commercially minded Sales Representatives to support a major pharmaceutical sponsor in promoting a product to urologists and oncologists across the UK. This is a remote, home-based role focused on virtual engagement with healthcare professionals who have already agreed to be contacted.
You don’t need prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry—but you do need to be confident, persuasive, and comfortable presenting to medical professionals in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual meetings with UK-based urologists and oncologists to present and promote the product.
- Use digital tools (e.g. phone, video conferencing, CRM systems) to engage with healthcare professionals.
- Follow up on appointments arranged by support staff and share relevant feedback with the team.
- Deliver clear, confident product presentations using approved digital materials.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in CRM systems.
- Stay informed about competitor activity and market changes.
- Ensure all communications align with industry standards and compliance guidelines.
- Report any adverse events in line with required procedures.
Qualifications & Skills – our ideal candidate will have
- Strong commercial mindset with a natural ability to sell and build rapport.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in virtual settings.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data from various sources.
- Positive, energetic, and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- I yr experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare-related roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market is helpful but not required.
