Role Overview We are seeking a Restructuring and Insolvency Senior Associate to join our client’s high-performing Deals team, within the Deal Integration and Valuation Realisation function. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, cross-border restructuring, insolvency, and transaction engagements—particularly within the financial services sector—alongside senior leadership and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Deliver restructuring and insolvency assignments from planning to completion Prepare and present financial analyses, valuations, and reports Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timelines and quality standards Contribute to post-deal integration and value realisation strategies Identify and address risks or issues during engagements Build strong client relationships and support stakeholder communication Mentor junior team members and support their technical development Use market tools to extract insights and inform decision-making Apply structured communication to influence outcomes Continuously seek feedback and development opportunities Key Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate insolvency & restructuring, ideally in professional services ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualification required A recognised insolvency qualification (e.g., JIEB, CIRP) is advantageous Solid knowledge of insolvency law in common law jurisdictions; cross-border experience a plus Strong analytical, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and conflict management skills Ethical, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement Competitive, tax-free salary + performance bonus Relocation support for candidates outside the Cayman Islands Health insurance contributions as part of a comprehensive benefits package Access to global training, tools, and development pathways Exposure to high-profile, international restructuring and transaction cases Why the Cayman Islands?
