Quix Labs works with community pharmacies across the UK to expand access to smoking alternative technology options through Quixotic, a pharmacy-exclusive, reusable nicotine device available in four refill strengths.
We are seeking a registered pharmacist to support the continued growth of our pharmacy partnerships. This is a field-based, relationship-focused role suited to someone who understands the realities of community pharmacy and is interested in contributing to the development of innovative, pharmacy-led nicotine reduction initiatives. We currently partner with 38+ pharmacies, with plans for continued expansion through 2026.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Attending pharmacy sector events, conferences, and professional meetings to build relationships within the community pharmacy sector
- Representing Quix Labs in a transparent and professional capacity at industry events
- Supporting partner pharmacies as they implement Quixotic within their retail and service environments
- Gathering structured feedback from pharmacists to inform product development and partnership strategy
- Participating in our internal Pharmacy Advisory Council to ensure our approach remains aligned with professional standards
- Providing feedback on Quix Labs initiatives to ensure they are in line with community pharmacy practices
This role reports directly to the founder and plays a key part in shaping how we work with pharmacies nationwide.
Who This Role Is For
You may be a good fit if:
- You are a UK-registered pharmacist (GPhC) or experienced community pharmacy locum
- You have direct experience in community pharmacy practice
- You have a professional interest in smoking cessation and nicotine harm reduction
- You are comfortable engaging in professional discussions about pharmacy services and product integration
- You value transparency and operate in line with GPhC standards regarding conflicts of interest and professional conduct
- Existing relationships within the community pharmacy sector are advantageous but not essential.
Professional Standards
The successful candidate will operate with full transparency regarding their role with Quix Labs and in accordance with the standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). This is a commercial partnership role and does not involve providing independent clinical advice on behalf of Quix Labs.
