You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new pharmacy partners, developing relationships with pharmacy groups and industry stakeholders, attending key industry events, and supporting commercial initiatives that increase patient access to Quix services. You will work closely alongside our Customer Success and Clinical Outreach teams to ensure pharmacy coverage exists in areas where patient demand is being generated. This role is ideal for someone who understands community pharmacy, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable spending time both in the field and developing opportunities remotely.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop relationships with regional and national pharmacy groups.
    • Support onboarding and activation of new pharmacy partners.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing pharmacy stakeholders.
    • Expand pharmacy coverage in areas targeted by our Clinical Outreach team.
  • Strategic Partnerships
    • Identify and develop relationships with organisations connected to community pharmacy.
    • Attend pharmacy conferences, networking events, and industry meetings.
    • Support discussions with wholesalers, buying groups, and strategic partners.
    • Represent Quix within the pharmacy sector.
  • Commercial Execution
    • Manage pipeline activity through our CRM.
    • Track partnership opportunities and onboarding progress.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Clinical Outreach teams.
    • Provide regular market intelligence and feedback from the field.

Requirements

Essential

  • 3+ years of business development, account management, or commercial experience.
  • Experience working within or selling into the UK community pharmacy sector.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Comfortable engaging pharmacy owners, managers, and superintendent pharmacists.
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Based in London or surrounding areas with willingness to travel across the UK.

Preferred

  • Existing relationships within community pharmacy.
  • Experience working with pharmacy groups, wholesalers, or buying organisations.
  • Experience selling OTC, healthcare, pharmacy, wellness, or healthcare service solutions.
  • Familiarity with NHS-funded pharmacy services and the wider primary care landscape.
  • Experience using CRM platforms.

Within your first 12 months, you will:

  • Expand Quix's pharmacy footprint across the UK.
  • Build relationships with key pharmacy groups and industry stakeholders.
