We are seeking a registered pharmacist to support the continued growth of our pharmacy partnerships. This is a field-based, relationship-focused role suited to someone who understands the realities of community pharmacy and is interested in contributing to the development of innovative, pharmacy-led nicotine reduction initiatives. We currently partner with 38+ pharmacies, with plans for continued expansion through 2026.

  • Attending pharmacy sector events, conferences, and professional meetings to build relationships within the community pharmacy sector
  • Representing Quix Labs in a transparent and professional capacity at industry events
  • Supporting partner pharmacies as they implement Quixotic within their retail and service environments
  • Gathering structured feedback from pharmacists to inform product development and partnership strategy
  • Participating in our internal Pharmacy Advisory Council to ensure our approach remains aligned with professional standards
  • Providing feedback on Quix Labs initiatives to ensure they are in line with community pharmacy practices

This role reports directly to the founder and plays a key part in shaping how we work with pharmacies nationwide.

Who This Role Is For

You may be a good fit if:

  • You are a UK-registered pharmacist (GPhC) or experienced community pharmacy locum
  • You have direct experience in community pharmacy practice
  • You have a professional interest in smoking cessation and nicotine harm reduction
  • You are comfortable engaging in professional discussions about pharmacy services and product integration
  • You value transparency and operate in line with GPhC standards regarding conflicts of interest and professional conduct
  • Existing relationships within the community pharmacy sector are advantageous but not essential.

Professional Standards

The successful candidate will operate with full transparency regarding their role with Quix Labs and in accordance with the standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). This is a commercial partnership role and does not involve providing independent clinical advice on behalf of Quix Labs.

What We Offer

  • 2–3 days per week (flexible structure)
  • Competitive day rate or salary equivalent
  • Travel budget for events and pharmacy visits
  • Flexibility alongside existing professional commitments

We are not asking you to leave clinical practice. We are seeking someone who wants to contribute to the evolution of pharmacy-led nicotine reduction in a commercially transparent and professionally responsible way.

About Quix Labs

Quix Labs was founded during the pandemic when the founders saw, first hand, the effects that traditional and new nicotine products had on consumers. Today, Quix Labs provides, exclusively to pharmacies, Quixotic. Quixotic offers an alternative for smokers and vapers that gives them the same hand to mouth feel while enabling them to choose to reduce their nicotine down to zero.
