As a Customer Service Representative, you are the direct point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, or commercial accounts. You will provide equipment and/or services, interact with customers to provide information, handle complaints, and process customer orders efficiently and courteously. You will also investigate and respond to inquiries regarding shipments, products, deliveries, and complaints.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Understand all products, policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Perform insurance verification, eligibility, and prior authorizations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order processing accurately and courteously.
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
  • Maintain patient files and participate in training programs.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and adhere to company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including working at different locations and developing job-related skills.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in clerical or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Medical billing or office experience preferred
